About the Journal

The International Journal of Education, Social and Management Sciences (IJESMS) is a highly visible and indexed bi-monthly publication of the Institute of Education, Management and Professional Studies (IEMPS). This publication is a clear demonstration to the actualization of one of our objectives to provide both online and offline journals for the publication of multidisciplinary research articles in order to support research and innovation and make significant contribution to the body of knowledge globally.


The IJESMSS is aimed at navigating the intersection of Education, Social and Management Sciences and Contemporary issues. In serving as a multidisciplinary journal, IJESMS covers research findings, suggestions and recommendations on full spectrum of all subjects in the area of Education, Social and Management Sciences and Contemporary Studies that are relevant in today’s world and contribute to the body of knowledge towards global best practices. Towards achieving this, the journal therefore contains well researched articles that have passed through series of blind peer-review processes. 


Our editing process is in three stages including; firstly, initial review by the Editors/Reviewers’ team, followed by the Chief Editors’ review and lastly, an editing/review stage by the General Editor before the publication of any article. This is intentional as to ensure that our publication challenges the existing status-quo and brings some sort of innovation in the research and publication world.
