About the Journal

The International Journal of Economics, Finance, Accounting and Management (IJEFAM) is a highly visible and indexed bi-monthly publication of the Institute of Education, Management and Professional Studies (IEMPS). This publication is a clear demonstration to the actualization of one of our objectives to provide both online and offline journals for the publication of multidisciplinary research articles in order to support research and innovation and contribute meaningfully to the body of knowledge globally.
As we continue in the 21st century, the global economic landscape is becoming increasingly complex. The interconnectedness of economies, the rising markets and rapid evolution of financial technologies are just a few factors contributing to this complexity hence IJEFAM has come to play a vital role in navigating these complexities. By publishing high quality and globally welcome research on various aspects of economics, finance, accounting and management as well as other related contemporary areas of human endeavor, IJEFAM provides a platform of scholars, policymakers and practitioners to share knowledge, insights and global best practices.
IJEFAM covers research findings, suggestions and recommendations on full spectrum of all subjects in the area of economics, finance, accounting and management that are relevant in today’s world and contribute to the body of knowledge towards global best practices. Towards achieving this, the journal therefore contains well researched articles that have passed through series of blind peer-review processes. 

Our editing process is in three stages including; firstly, initial review by the Editors/Reviewers’ team, followed by the Chief Editors’ review and lastly, an editing/review stage by the General Editor before the publication of any article. This is intentional as to ensure that our publication challenges the existing status-quo and brings some sort of innovation in the research and publication world.
