ENGINEERING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO REDEFINING EDUCATION DELIVERY IN NIGERIAN INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Pedagogy is the backbone of the education. When pedagogy is removed from the teaching and learning process the purpose of education cannot be achieve. This makes annexing AI pedagogy to education paramount. This led to the investigating on the engineering of Artificial Intelligence (AI) pedagogy to redefining education delivery in Nigeria institutions. The paper consider the concept of pedagogy, AI tools for educators to enrich pedagogy. The study also combined current literatures to access the advantages of AI pedagogy such as students learning on their own pace, personalized learning immediate feedback, and reduce teacher’s workloads. While its raises concerns on digital divide, technology, friendly, high cost of implementation inadequate infrastructure and others. As AI become more integrated in education and when its challenges are sub-mounted it will lead to redefining of our education system to tailor students' engagement, academic success and well-being.
