This study examined the effect of Treasury Single Account System on Nigeria's Economic Development from 2012 to 2024. The study adopted ex-post facto research design and used secondary data sourced from CBN Statistical Bulletin, Accountant General Reports, NBS, World Bank, UNDP and Transparency International. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Augmented Dickey-Fuller unit root test and Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) bounds testing approach with E-Views 12. The ARDL bounds test confirmed long-run relationship between TSA variables and economic development. The long-run result showed that Consolidated Revenue Account Balance, Government Transparency Index and Capital Budget Implementation Rate have positive and significant effect on GDP Growth Rate, while Public Borrowing has negative and significant effect. The Error Correction Model coefficient was -0.673 indicating 67.3% speed of adjustment. The study concludes that TSA enhances fiscal discipline and development. It recommends sustaining TSA coverage, strengthening transparency, ensuring timely capital releases, reducing public borrowing and providing liquidity support for banks.
